Hatha Flow
Hatha Flow is a system of yoga, the main part of which are asanas, Pranayama and meditations.
The goal of these three elements is the purification of the body and soul, which improves mental and physical health.
Yin Yoga
Yin yoga combines elements of hatha yoga, the meridian concept of Chinese medicine, Taoist philosophy and Buddhist meditation techniques. Significantly helps the flexibility of joints and bones, strengthens immunity, relieves excess tension and brings a feeling of peace and lightness.
