Amma Neah / Mgr. Lucia Drozdova

Yoga instructor | Sound&Voice Medicine | Shamanic journeys

My name is Lucia, also known as Amma Neah – a guide into the realms of voice, sound, and inner journeying.

My yoga path began in 2018 in India, where I completed my training in Hatha, Ashtanga, and Yin yoga. During this time, I also immersed myself in Reiki and sound healing, learning to play Tibetan bowls and gongs.

After traveling across Asia and teaching yoga, I returned to Slovakia, where I continued sharing yoga in studios and studied gong with master Don Conreaux.

Today, I live in Vienna, where motherhood opened a new path for me – a deeper devotion, connection, and service to women and communities. My work has naturally evolved toward sound healing, intuitive singing, and shamanic practices, weaving together Tibetan and crystal bowls, the shamanic drum, duochord, and other vibrational instruments.

I am the founder of Shamanic Journey Slovakia, and I hold sound healing gatherings in Vienna, as well as yoga classes. Through my offerings, I create spaces for returning to the body, holding space for feeling, and awakening the voice as a medicine of presence.

Since the birth of my daughter, sound has been a sacred bridge between us – calming, nourishing, and guiding us both. This experience inspired me to share sound healing also with children, bringing harmony and presence into kindergartens.

If you feel called to explore the power of your voice, the depth of sound, and the journey within, I would be honored to walk alongside you.

Namasté 🙏
