Hatha Flow
Hatha is a system of yoga, the main part of which are asanas, Pranayama and meditations. The goal of these three elements is the purification of the body and soul, which improves mental and physical health. Hatha is a combination of solar and lunar energy, and the goal is to keep these two polarities in balance and harmony, which requires physical and mental effort. The practice of the positions, in addition to the physical benefits, also has the aim of dissolving tensions in the body and purifying the energy channels, allowing Prana, or vital energy, to flow freely. Breath control practices allow you to calm the mind, control and manage emotions, having a positive effect on the nervous system.
The purpose of practicing yoga is to be fully present and aware in every moment and at the same time relaxed in a given position. Therefore, we respect the possibilities of our body. Through daily practice we develop awareness of ourselves and our needs, and thus we become more aware of where our reactions, thoughts, decisions come from, and thus we begin to control our mind, we are more self-confident and increase our potential.
Yoga teaches us to respect ourselves and those around us. Our health and beauty come when we get to know ourselves and our needs, accept them and support them.
