Each ritual begins with a short grounding conversation and intention setting, creating space for you to slow down and arrive fully into the present moment.

The ritual then unfolds through conscious touch around the belly and womb space, always adapted to what feels comfortable and supportive for your body.

Throughout the ritual, Reiki energy support is gently woven into the experience, creating space for relaxation, restoration and inner balance.

The ritual gently unfolds into deep rest through sound relaxation using voice, intuitive singing and vibrational instruments, allowing the body to soften and integrate the experience.

Throughout the ritual, I use my own handcrafted 'Ritual Womb Oil' blend, lovingly created from organic oils and carefully selected herbs to support grounding, softness and nourishment.
